Shoe Crack: Schmoove

I ran into these shoes, while shopping with my Dad. Trust me, they look a million times better in person. The shoe is the cross between and oxford shoe and a sneaker. The company also makes trendy sneakers, that are reminiscent of Louis Vuitton high-top sneaker. The shoe above retails for $145. If I had a man, I would so buy him this shoe. Since I don't, I told two of my homies who love exclusive clothes. :o)

Maria Sharapova Lights Up

Maria Sharapova, a tennis star known for her beauty as well as her tennis career, posed in the display window of London's upscale department store Liberty. The star and current ambassador to Sony Ericsson modeled a dress that lights up when the cell phone rings via Bluetooth.

Love is Loving Fashion

Jennifer Love Hewitt attended the photocall for "Ghost Wisperer" at the 49th Monte Carlo TV Festival at the Grimaldi Forum. If you haven't heard, sporting heels with three straps and buckles is the trend right now. The look can be done in wild variations, but for the most part looks good as feature rather than a focal point. In my opinion Love sported the look best. Also, I am lover her hoops as I am sporting a pair today at work!

The singer is bringing back a look that, dare I say dates my age and I am a pretty darn young folks! I wore these shoes at a much cheaper price in middle school. It was a part of the Jodeci era. Chicago Looks Good On Chandra

No matter how you slice or dice it, Chicago's fashion sense looks good on Grey's Anatomy star Chandra Wilson, who began starring in the broadway show a few days ago. At several of the Broadway show events, the star wore floor-length empire-waist dresses, working her short frame and giving her an elegant appearance. In an effort to show some support, a stylish Anika Noni Rose attended the after party for Chandra's debut Broadway performance. She is working that hat!

Style Advice

As many of the C808 men have probably heard tight is the new black. This is a trend that I advise you not to follow. If you look at the picture above of The Dream, who by the way is a stellar artist and producer, is sporting the tight look. The artist has lost a little bit of weight and now feels good about his physic. Great, good for him. However, you don't go buy extra smedium clothes to show off your new body. (That's a chick move.)

His stylist should be arrested... Style tip: Fellas please lifted your arms when trying on all blazers, jackets and coats. If the you feel any tension in the shoulder area and the end of the sleeves do not hit the section between your wrist and thumb, BUY a bigger size. Thanks -C808.

Pop and R&B singer Katharine McPhee is officially on C808's accessories style watch. The K.McPhee arrived at a screening Of "Home" held at Stella McCartney's Store in West Hollywood, Calif. While her entire outfit wasn't "a trend setter," her accessory game was on point. Check out her items below.

Harlow Hardly Attractive

The glitz and glamour of the House of Harlow 1960 lost its luster, in my view, the second I saw the first picture of its runway model strutting her stuff down the runway. The label designed by mini style diva Nicole Richie failed to give me any of the excitement that the star gives when she walks on the red carpet. The line was filled with jumpers, head bans, mini skirts, ripped jeans and the biggest cliche of them all, tight jeans for men. I must ask where is the originality? With the smoke and mirrors of the show (a live band and pretty runway backdrop) probably encouraged fans of the star to applaud the line. But the pictures don't lie. The gear is cute, but calls for more of an edge to get people to buy it. FORECAST: I don't expect these clothes to fly off the shelves.
